I UNDERSTAND THAT SERIOUS ACCIDENTS OCCASIONALLY OCCUR DURING SHOOTING / HUNTING / CAMPING AND RELATED ACTIVITIES AND THAT PARTICIPANTS IN SUCH ACTIVITIES OCCASIONALLY SUSTAIN MORTAL OR SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURIES AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, AS A CONSEQUENCE THEREOF. KNOWING THE RISK OF SHOOTING / HUNTING / CAMPING AND RELATED ACTIVITIES, I HEREBY AGREE TO ASSUME THOSE RISKS, AND ALL LIABILITY ASSOCIATED WITH THOSE RISKS.

Participant Photo and Image use Release *

I understand that while at the ranch one or more photographers may be taking pictures and or video. I hereby grant and authorize Berls Soutas Ranch the right to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute and make use of any and all pictures or video taken of me to be used in and/or for legally promotional materials but not limited to, newsletters, flyers, posters, brochures, advertisements, letters, annual reports, press kits, submissions to journalists, websites, social networking sites and other print and digital communications, without payment, or any other consideration. This authorization shall continue indefinitely, unless said authorization is revoke in writing.

I understand and agree that these materials shall become the
property of Berls Soutas Ranch and will not be returned.
I warrant that I am of 18 years or older, or that I am an emancipated
minor, constituting the legal age of consent and that I am competent
to contract in my own name. Or that my parent or legal guardian has
read this document and provided their agreement on my behalf.
